Politota – Post-Soviet Space in the Midst of Global Politics

This Blog is about economic and political life of the Post-Soviet Space and its place in global politics.

The name comes from the word “Politota” (Политота), which recently became part of the Russian political jargon to describe any forms of political discussions in a somewhat derogatory way.

“Politota” Blog does not endorse any particular political party, movement or ideology. It is a personal blog that reflects a subjective opinion of the author. Any feedback, regardless of its stance, is welcomed. However, any form of advertisement, spam, personal attacks, trolling and profanity will not be tolerated.
